Lost Hotmail/MSN account password
If you have lost the password for your Hotmail account, please follow these steps:
- Try resetting it with Hotmail Account Service at:
https://login.passport.net/ppsecure/uisecure.srf?lc=1033&id=10
You will be prompted for your account information and the secret answer you submitted during the set up of your account. - If the password for your Hotmail account was saved in Internet Explorer web browser (if you have used the online registration on your PC), please use Internet Explorer Key to recover it.
You can try a free demo version of Internet Explorer Key. It will display the first two characters of the password. - If the password for your e-mail account is set in Outlook or Outlook Express, please use Outlook Key or Outlook Express Key accordingly.
